Thank you to Scitech for being such wonderful hosts last week to Debbie Donohue and Troy Rainville, CHA! To learn more about our Scitech exhibitions, visit www.imagineexhibitions.com
It was a pleasure to welcome Imagine Exhibitions, Inc. Exhibitions Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Sales Debbie Donohue and Senior Director of Business Development Troy Rainville, CHA to Scitech last week. Imagine Exhibitions are a US based exhibition production company who manage the hiring of Scitech feature exhibitions to science centres in North America. Having them as our partners on the ground in the US since 2013 has been vital in allowing our exhibitions to reach and connect with global audiences beyond Western Australia. Debbie and Troy had a whirlwind three day trip which included a tour of the Scitech Discovery Centre and our onsite workshop and meeting the Scitech creatives behind the design and construction of all our exhibits. They also met with teams from across the organisation to share experiences and discuss strategies around the whole process of producing exhibitions, from creation to installation to marketing. And of course they got to have a go on some of our exhibits including in our current feature exhibition Human Potential! Scitech has 11 feature exhibitions travelling internationally to science centres including in North America, the Middle East and Asia. Our exhibitions are highly regarded due to their durability and interactivity and touring overseas allows us to form partnerships and build dialogue with other science museums and promote Western Australia as a leader of innovative science and technology experiences.
