We had such a blast celebrating NEON’s 68th Birthday in grandeur on 18 April 2024, at the NEON Auditorium with the attendance of the Management Team, our colleagues in Singapore and also the virtual participation from our global colleagues across the US, China, Japan, UK and the Middle East! What made this year's celebration even more unique was its alignment with NEON’s Senior Management Meeting, providing an opportunity for many of NEON's global leaders who were in Singapore, to experience the festivities in person. In addition to the fun quizzes and games that challenged the wits of everyone, our colleagues in Singapore were in for another surprise at the office pantry, where a sumptuous buffet spread awaited them, complete with live stations serving robust and aromatic beverages, and a local favorite dessert, Muah Chee, ending the anniversary celebration on a sweet note. Thank you everyone for celebrating NEON’s remarkable 68 years together with us. As a global leader in creating immersive experiences around the world, NEON's creative ethos is deeply rooted in the art of storytelling. As an extension of this guiding principle, NEON's Chief Creative & Innovation Officer, Mr. Welby Altidor, helmed an exclusive one-day workshop titled “The Art of Presenting is Storytelling” on 14 March 2024 at the NEON Auditorium. Among the participants were colleagues from diverse segments ranging from the creative division to business development, as well as corporate functions.   This workshop was meticulously tailored to enhance participants' presentation prowess, emphasizing the transformative power of public speaking and refined presentation skills for enduring impact. Condensed into a single day, the program seamlessly blended theory with hands-on practice, furnishing attendees with a comprehensive toolkit to craft captivating presentations that inspire action and resonate deeply with audiences.   Through engaging team presentations, participants had the opportunity to apply newfound knowledge, showcasing their creativity and refining their presentation techniques in their own distinctive manner. The workshop culminated in resounding success, with attendees gaining invaluable insights into the realm of creative presentations and the art of compelling storytelling.   We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Welby for his invaluable insights and inspiring guidance, which have undoubtedly enriched the professional journey of all who attended.
